Services Not Rendered
In the event a service provider fails to provide the agreed-upon service, customers may be eligible for a full refund. This includes situations where the service provider does not show up at the scheduled time or cancels the service without prior notice. To report such an issue, customers must contact TaskB customer support within 48 hours of the scheduled service time. Our team will investigate the matter, and if the claim is validated, a full refund will be issued.
Services Not As Described
We strive to ensure that all service descriptions on our platform are accurate and transparent. However, if the service provided significantly deviates from the description provided on our platform, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. This includes situations where the quality of the service is not up to the standard promised or the scope of the service is significantly less than advertised. To report such an issue, customers must contact TaskB customer support within 48 hours of the service completion. Our team will investigate the matter, and if the claim is validated, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Cancellation Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. If a booking is cancelled according to our cancellation policy, any applicable refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. This ensures fairness to both customers and service providers and encourages responsible booking and service provision.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the refund request approval. We will keep you informed throughout this process and confirm when the refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
